About Lucy Pickering

Lucy Pickering is a singer/pianist with a real love of 60’s & 70’s singer songwriters such as Carole King, The Carpenters, Joni Mitchell, Burt Bacharach etc. She brings a warm nostalgic mood with her easy mellow vocals, relaxed chat and piano accompaniment. She performs regularly in cocktail bars and restaurants around the South East. She is also the host and producer of Singalong-A-Musicals events in Brighton and London, and regularly fronts a jazz big band as well as her own jazz quartet. Lucy studied classical singing at the Royal Northern College of Music and jazz singing at Middlesex University. Her performing experience is richly varied, and even includes some off-West End theatre roles. She has also been a singer aboard some of the world's most prestigious cruise liners.
